Question:

I am not a terrorist and have lived in this country since I was 9. My family and I are originally form Iraq. I am being accused of terrorist involvement and/or intentions because of somethings that had occured online. What should I do?

Answer: (1)

Terrorist involvement, accusations, and investigations, I'm sure as you know, have become heavily escalated and intensive ever since the dire event of 9/11. There have actually been quite a few investigations and accusations since then which ended up being mistakes. It would be advisable to not provide any statements or answer any questions by investigators without legal counsel present.

Hire a skilled Criminal Defense Attorney that is aware of investigation procedures by the government that can help protect your rights and have the charges dropped.
