Sexting

Sexting is a relatively new problem in our society. It has become quite serious recently, so serious that the United States Legislators are considering new bills that will further regulate cell phones. Sexting takes place when someone, usually a teenager, uses a cell phone to transfer sexual photos, videos, messages, and music. Teens do not realize that sometimes, sexting can kill. Young people can get depressed and commit suicide when they break up with someone they have participated in sexting with takes their sexual cell phone photos and/or videos and passes them around to anyone and everyone, both online and offline. Felony obscenity and child pornography charges have been filed against teenagers for sending and receiving sexually explicit photos via cell phone.
