Promissory Fraud

Promissory fraud cases have become more common in recent times, as people continue to make promises they do not intend to carry out. One of the most common forms of promissory fraud is when one individual enters into a contract with another individual or with a business or corporation, never intending to act upon any condition the contract states. Promissory fraud takes place when one party has no clue that the other party isn't going to follow through with their promise, which is legally a falsification of the intention to perform. This type of fraud also goes by the name of negligent promissory misrepresentation. A person can have a good case of promissory fraud as long as it can be proven that a material misrepresentation has taken place.
