Murder Law

Most people realize that murder occurs when the unlawful killing of another human being takes place. However, each country in the world can have a different sort of murder law. English law allows for transferred malice, while United States law does not. A murder law of Finland states that a murder must take place with exceptional cruelty. The French Penal Code includes a murder law that states premeditated murder, murder of a child below the age of fifteen, someone who has a disability, or a law officer must be punished by a sentence with a maximum of thirty years. The most memorable murder law in Germany is the “detestable” law. The motive, act, and aim of murder must all be deemed detestable. India claims culpable homicide as murder.
