Murder Cases

When one person kills another with what the courts term as “malice aforethought” then it is called murder. Before murder cases can be tried, it must be determined where the murder took place, so it is know who has jurisdiction in the case. Then, it must be determined if the person being convicted had the intent to kill, the intent to cause serious bodily harm, killing with a depraved heart, or felony murder. Depraved heart and felony murders seem to be thought of as more sensational murder cases. The state of mind that a person has when he commits murder can be important in murder cases. These cases tend to separate the wheat from the chaff, and find the underlying cause of what happened.
