He will get her attention so that she can see the exposure;omen can also be convicted of indecent exposure. If a woman shows her breast to arouse a man in public or offend someone, that is classified as indecent exposure; If a man urinates in public, that is indecent exposure. In most states, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor with a maximum sentence of one year in prison and/or a $1,000 fine. In most states, anyone convicted of indecent exposure must also register as a sex offender.
