Felony DUI Charges

In California, an offender can be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison. In addition, the offender can expect a lengthy probation sentence, fines, and community service. If a wreck was involved where others were injured, the offender may be required to pay restitution to the victims. In most states, the Department of Motor Vehicles is responsible for determining what will happen to a person’s driving privileges. In many cases, a felony DUI conviction can result in a license revocation.
