Deadly Conduct

The term deadly conduct refers to a legal matter. Those who are said to have committed deadly conduct types of actions are accused of conduct that was in violation with the law in some way, which resulted in the death of another person. Under each state's Constitution, there are specific definitions of what constitutes guilt of another person's death.
