Concealed Weapons

The term concealed weapons applies to those who carry weapons, which may include handguns or other types, in such a way that they are unable to be seen by the public. There are specific laws in each state governing the ability to conceal weapons, though those laws differ from state to state substantially. These laws may result in a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Although some states have legalized the ability of individuals to carry weapons in this manner, to uphold the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, most states do require those who carry such weapons to be registered to carry such a gun in this manner. Those who violate such laws may be charged with a felony in some states.
