Child Pornography

The term child pornography refers to any type of exploitation of a child in a sexual manner through the use of film or photography. It includes any type of visual depiction, which includes computer generated images or pictures, pictures, photography, film, video or computer. The photo may be produced by electronic, mechanical or other means. It shows sexually explicit conduct. It may include the depiction of minors engaging in this type of behavior or depictions of genitalia or using children in any other method that is considered sexually gratifying to the viewer. It may include an identifiable minor, which is a person who can be identified within the photography. It may also include the modification or creation of such images.
